Step 1: Connect Oplin to your Accounting Provider
Connect Oplin to your accounting system, and we'll fetch only the essential data like your invoices and payments.
Step 2: Automate your AR collection process
Setup your automated reminder flow. Customize the automated task manager and notifications so the system knows when to create tasks and alert you when needed.
Step 3: Manage tasks and customer activity
Every AR team tracks their daily tasks to ensure they are on top of the collection process. Oplin auto-creates tasks based on outstanding invoices and customer activities.
Manage your tasks in the task manager or assign them to another team member.
Communicate with customers directly from Oplin via email so that conversations are not siloed in your team's email.
To integrate QuickBooks Online with Oplin:
Step 1: Go to the 'Settings' tab on your Oplin Dashboard.
Step 2: Select QuickBooks Online and click 'Connect to QuickBooks'.
Step 3: Enter your QuickBooks credentials and choose your company.
Oplin currently supports Quickbooks Online, Gmail, and Outlook.

No Third-party Vendors
Oplin connects directly with the Quickbooks API. Your account data will never be passed through 3rd party vendors that you don’t trust.
Security Protocols at Oplin
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Oplin uses automated systems to guard against unauthorized access and other suspicious requests. MFA is mandatory for all accounts, which involves verification through a phone number.
SAML SSO for Account Security
We support Single Sign-On (SSO) using trusted identity providers like Google or Okta with SAML technology for secure, streamlined access.
Encryption Measures
We employ encryption-in-transit, such as HTTPS, to safeguard the transmission of your data. Additionally, all stored data benefits from encryption-at-rest using AES-256 or superior encryption standards. For extra sensitive data within databases, we apply in-field encryption where applicable.
To edit and configure automated reminders and Dunning, click the Reminders tab in the dashboard. You will see a simple reminder builder where you can create reminder steps in your flow.

- Create reminder
- Write content and add variables to fill in invoice amounts and outstanding totals
- Choose when to send a reminder: before invoice is due, when, or after.
- Save as a draft or toggle on.
